Roland Kläy is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at radicant bank ag and has been a member of the Executive Board since August 2021. He has also been Co-CEO a.i. together with Rouven Leuener between March and December 2023.
Before joining radicant, he worked at Aargauische Kantonalbank for 9 years. First as Head of the "RISK" sector, from 2017 as Chief Risk Officer and from 2019 as Deputy Executive Board Member of the "Finance & Risk" sector. As a Senior Manager and Auditor, he was also responsible for auditing and advising various banks and financial institutions in the Financial Services Division at Ernst & Young AG for 10 years.
