Dr Jan Amrit Poser is Co-Founder of radicant Bank AG and has been a member of the Executive Board since February 2022. As Chief Sustainable Investment Officer, he heads the Asset Management and Sustainable Finance Competence Center with Switzerland's largest team of experts on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Before joining radicant, Dr Jan Amrit Poser worked for Bank J. Safra Sarasin for 21 years in various roles, including Chief Economist, Head of Research, Head Asset Management & Sustainability and most recently as Chief Strategist and Head of Sustainability. Since 2013, he has been responsible for the sustainable investment process as well as the sustainability strategy, making a significant contribution to the bank's status as a thought leader. In the process, he also served as an expert on the sustainability committees of the Swiss Bankers Association and FINMA, among others, as well as on the Board of Trustees of the Swiss Climate Foundation. Before joining J. Safra Sarasin, he worked for UBS, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Munich-based ifo Institute for Economic Research.
